If I emailed you about LeadVolley

What I hold: your name, job title, work email address, the company you work for, and one fact about that company taken from a public page.

Where it came from: your company's own website in most cases. I also use LinkedIn and business data providers such as Dropcontact and SyncGTM to find the right person and a working address. Ask me and I will tell you the exact page your details came from.

Why I use it: to email you, in your work role, about a service for your business. I rely on legitimate interests for this. In the UK and Ireland I only email people at registered companies, and every email tells you how to stop.

How to stop: reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to the address above. You have the right to object, and I will stop. After that I keep only what is needed to make sure you are not contacted again.

How long I keep it: while the outreach is running and afterwards as a business record. Ask and I will delete it, apart from the do-not-contact record.

If you applied, asked for sample emails or booked a call through this site

I hold what you typed into the form and, if you booked, your booking details. I use them to decide whether the service fits and to reply to you, including with the samples you asked for.

Who else handles this information

Service providers that work for me: Smartlead (sending email), Supabase (database), n8n (automation), Slack (internal alerts), Calendly (bookings), Google Workspace (email and spreadsheets), Spaceship (website hosting) and Anthropic (an AI service that helps sort replies and draft answers under written rules). I do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing. I am based in the United States, and my providers process information there and in other countries.

When you visit this site

This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and shows a video hosted by YouTube. When a page loads, those services receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. The site does no tracking of its own.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct or delete it, and object to marketing at any time. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I would rather you told me first so I can fix it.
